Mouseposé for Windows: it’s Mac-only, so here’s the free match
Mouseposé is a macOS app, and Boinx’s page describes no Windows version. If you are on a PC, SHARA is the free Mouseposé alternative for Windows: a cursor highlight, click effects, spotlight and a keystroke display, plus drawing and zoom that Mouseposé doesn’t list. Your highlight circle becomes the halo
Mouseposé puts a circle around the pointer and draws a ring on every click, with separate left and right colours. SHARA’s halo offers Squircle, Circle and Rhombus in five sizes and any colour, and it flashes on every click. The click ripple and custom left/right click colours are Pro.

Dim the screen from the Magnifier
Mouseposé dims the screen and lights the area around the pointer. In SHARA the Spotlight is one of the Magnifier’s modes, next to Lens, Live Zoom up to 8× and a 9:16 Broadcast window for OBS. They are Pro tools, free for your first 14 days.

Show shortcuts with the Keystroke Pill
Mouseposé shows key presses so a live audience can follow. SHARA’s Keystroke Pill shows shortcuts, typed words, clicks and scroll, and it pauses in password fields. It is a Pro tool, free for 14 days.
